  1. Lol what are you talking about. Corn is good for you. It has a low glycemic index and actual helps fight rheumatoid arthritis and diverticulitis. There's lots of good nutrition in corn.

    You cant digest anything fully, thats why we have anus , there are 3 type of nutrients in world , carbs , protein, fat thats it .corn has all, much less protein compare to soy . For inflammation to happen,just presence of one of its enzyme dosnt do anything ,there must be an irritation for the sequence to start.
